Alors qu’on attribue à l’agriculture française, 20 % des émissions de gaz à effet de serre, que fait l’agriculture bio pour réduire son empreinte carbone ? Et face aux aléas, entre périodes de sécheresse et pluie abondante, comment l’agriculture bio s’adapte au changement climatique ?
