Alors que les déplacements à vélo ou en trottinette électrique connaissent aujourd’hui un véritable essor, leurs utilisateurs n’ont pas toujours une bonne connaissance des réglementations qui s’appliquent. Quand on se déplace à vélo la nuit, il faut absolument être éclairé pour être visible par les autres. Honnêtement, j’ai plutôt rencontré des personnes qui ne connaissaient tout simplement pas la réglementation et qui ne se sentaient pas particulièrement vulnérables. Beaucoup de ces personnes expliquaient être habituellement des piétons, et ainsi, se comportent comme tels. Mais à vélo ou à trottinette, on est un usager de la route.
