Sa spécialité : le tir à 10 mètres et 25 mètres. C’est au club de tir de Noyon, à 30 kilomètres de chez elle, que l’athlète fait ses débuts. Elle suit alors les traces de sa grande sœur, Mathilde, qui s’adonne au pentathlon moderne ( escrime, natation, équitation, tir au pistolet et course à pied). Rapidement, Camille Jedrzejewski se rend compte que c’est le pistolet à la main qu’elle excelle le plus. Cela lui apparaît alors comme une évidence : elle fait de la discipline son sport de prédilection. La tireuse nordiste est née. Camille a alors 15 ans.
